I enjoy rolling up my sleeves and making shit happen just as much as working at the highest conceptual level, without losing sight of how one connects to the other. Over two decades, my career has moved across marketing, strategy, product, creative, and retail, working with companies including Nike, Burton, Under Armour, REI, and Zero Motorcycles, as well as building and selling a jewelry and perfume business of my own.

I’m curious by nature and enjoy working cross-functionally, listening, learning, and discovering unexpected possibilities. I’m drawn to ambitious ideas and people with a distinct point of view. I believe individuality makes a team stronger, not less cohesive. Structure and flow. Art and science. Communication above all else. I work to create the kind of collaboration where people are excited to contribute and comfortable expressing themselves. Giving good feedback matters to me, as does knowing the right questions to ask.
